A Minecraft player has shared the moment they encountered a Baby Zombie, one of the game’s rarest mobs. Since its release in 2011, Minecraft has added and removed several hostile and peaceful mobs. Some mobs like sheep and Skeletons are easier to spot in Minecraft‘s world, but others don’t follow the same rule.
The world of Mojang’s sandbox is immense, and because of this, some mobs are rare to find in Minecraft. A famous example is the blue Axolotl, one of the five colors of this adorable mob that is not found in nature. To get a blue Axolotl, the Minecraft player needs to breed Axolotls and still be lucky enough for one of them to be blue. Another rare encounter is the Baby Zombie, which has the same appearance as a regular Zombie but has only a 5% chance of spawning in a Minecraft world. Seeing a Baby Zombie is a rare occurrence, but one Minecraft player had the opportunity to see this unusual mob.
