The world of Minecraft meets Attack on Titan in an amazing fan project in which a talented player faithfully recreated the anime’s Shiganshina District one brick at a time.
A Reddit user who goes by the username stan616 (u/a1ndrea) uploaded their impressive Minecraft x Attack on Titan creation on the r/gaming forum. According to the user, it took two months to build the Shiganshina District with the creation tools in Minecraft. “It took exactly 67 days, and around 500 hours,” stan616 said. Some commentators broke down the hours stan616 spent creating the Attack on Titan location in the game and estimated that it took said user “8 hours every day for 67 days,” or “7.4 hours per day.”

In a 41-minute YouTube video, stan616 explained how he approached a massive project like this in Minecraft. The video also offers a better look at all the individual details, such as Eren Yeager’s house and the specific streets of Shiganshina District. It took stan616 two days to finish planting all the grass texture and four days to plant trees. As one would expect from such an enormous undertaking, this Minecraft x Attack on Titan project required a lot of time and patience, but the results are nothing short of awe-inspiring….
